CONTRACT

Studio Rental Contract and Policy
1. Parties:
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date], between the studio
owner/manager (“Travon Lee “) and the renter (“Client”).

2. Studio Details:
The rented studio is located at [Studio Address] and includes [List of equipment and
facilities provided].

3. Rental Period:
The rental period begins on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and ends on [End Date] at [End
Time]. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Rental Fee:
The Client agrees to pay the total rental fee of [Amount] for the specified rental period. A
[Percentage]% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

5. Payment Terms:
Full payment is due [Number of days] days prior to the start of the rental period.

6. Cancellation Policy:

rental period.

8. Equipment and Facilities:
The Client agrees to use the equipment and facilities responsibly and report any
malfunctions or damage immediately. Any damage caused by the Client will be the
Client’s financial responsibility.

9. Liability:
The Owner is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property that may
occur during the rental period. The Client is advised to obtain appropriate insurance
coverage.

10. Termination:
The Owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Client
fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

11. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
