TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Reservations:

2. Studio Rates and Payment:
* ●  Rates for studio time, equipment, and additional services will be clearly communicated.
* ●  Payment is due in full at the beginning of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. 


3. Cancellation Policy:

* ●  The studio retains ownership of the recorded material until full payment is received.
* ●  Clients are granted a license to use the recorded material for personal or commercial purposes upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality:
* ●  Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during sessions confidential.


8. Liability:
* ●  The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio by clients.
* ●  Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the studio premises. 


9. Termination of Services:
* ●  The studio reserves the right to terminate services for any client who violates the terms and conditions. 


10. Governing Law:
* ●  This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].


11. Amendments:
